Before You Pay
What happens after the free measurement?
The tool stops letting you start a new one. Nothing you have already done is lost. Every completed measurement is written to your account the moment you finish it, on the free plan too, and nothing expires it. Upgrading unlocks the tool again and your earlier jobs are already waiting in there.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The free plan never asks for one, and it does not expire. A card is only needed if you decide to go Pro.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from the Stripe billing portal in your account settings. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and there is no contract or cancellation fee.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes, and that is where most people use it. Pull the address up on the call, trace the surface with your finger, and send the quote before you hang up. Same account and same jobs on any device.
Do you take a cut of my quotes?
No. You set your own rate, the quote is yours, and nothing is deducted from it. The subscription is the only thing you ever pay us.
I already paid but Pro is not showing.
